Using this website

This site is operated by JWÈT PA W. You may browse and use it for personal, lawful purposes. Items shown as available on the site are available to order. Prices and product descriptions may be updated from time to time.

Orders and payment

The order form shows an estimated total, including a shipping estimate. It offers a separate Stripe checkout link and Zelle instructions. Please check your address and order details before submitting. For questions about a total or payment, contact shop@jwetpaw.com before paying.

Shipping, returns, and problems

Shipping costs shown on the order form are estimates. We will provide any delivery timing we can confirm with your order. If shipment is delayed, we will contact you with your options, including a refund where required. For destinations outside the United States, ask us about availability and shipping costs before paying.

15-day returns: To return an unused, undamaged item, email shop@jwetpaw.com within 15 days of delivery with your order details. We will provide return instructions. Once we receive the item, we will refund its purchase price to the original payment method. If an item arrives damaged or is incorrect, contact us so we can help resolve the problem. This policy does not limit rights you have under applicable consumer law.
